Most importantly, they create a fantastic engaging environment, where all fitness levels are welcome and catered for. It truly is team training as the other participants encourage each other through the workout. I highly recommend giving the two week trial a go!

::F45 Christchurch is the best gym I have ever set foot in! The sessions are different everyday and no matter what you're doing you'll be guaranteed to be sweating buckets at the end of that 45 minute session. F45 Christchurch has a great community feel to it, everyone is incredibly supportive and motivating. The trainers here are fantastic and can help and push you at whatever fitness level you're at. F45 does 8 week challenges with meal plans and also fitness tests (playoffs) to challenge yourself and show how far you have come. I could not recommend F45 Christchurch enough!

::Honestly life changing. While I have always been active, once I left the world of organised sport I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do! After trying normal gyms, I couldn't get in the swing of things and struggled with motivation. I didn't like attending classes and didn't know what to do as I still wanted to stay active. F45 Christchurch has the BEST trainers, they are so accommodating and are not only just trainers but also friends and mentors, I can often go to any of the trainers for advice in any aspect of my life, not just training habits! The system of F45 enables me to get an effective workout in, in an efficient amount of time. I would recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter about your level of fitness, anyone can give it a go and find it effective. Often one of the highlights of my day!

::I have been at F45 for over a year. Before joining I had never really enjoyed the 'gym' environment. F45 changed this. The trainers are great and the environment they create is non-judgemental and super encouraging. The classes are varied and you always leave knowing you have worked hard.
