  Things were not going well with the service department that were looking after my Mondeo. After approx. three weeks of getting nowhere I decided to phone the manager of Fairviews and explain my problem. Wow, what a great result. My problem was sorted the very next day. Nice to feel valued after having a bad time of it. I was very impressed with the way my concerns were handled and the problem sorted. I will still deal with and recommend Fairview Motors.

  Professional approach to customers, everything as prearranged and on time. Complimentary drop off when needed. Happy to come back when service needed.
