Disappointed that Thin Lizzy have changed their product. The concealer does not appear to be as good as it use to be. Coverage not as good and no more mention of it being waterproof. Will have to find something else after using it for years. 😣

This place is a huge fashion faux pas to me. No service assistance, at all. No women's shoes. Extremely disappointing customer service. However if you like lingerie and makeup, you can drown in it here.

Typical Department Store. However the Gisborne Branch has a limited selection in the Beauty section, which is annoying as other Farmers stores stock these brands but Gisborne wont. The Bra selection is also limited all very tiny sizes so not sure the store buyer has looked at the typical Gisborne Woman to see what sizes to buy in. The toy section is always crazy messy and I try to avoid it as much as I can. Parking is easy, plenty around the back of the store or on the road though all parking is paid. The staff are great down the back of the store in the baby/toy section but the girls up the front need to be reminded to smile and be helpful, I always get the impression I am interupting their day.

Customer service is non-existent. I know for a fact across the country at other Farmers that is one of the key instructions for all staff is to greet with a smile and attend to the customers and ask if they can help an anyway. I have caught 3 people of separate occasions look at me when I'm looking confused and needing help and zoom off the opposite direction. In the baby department at the counter they are really helpful and will help you find what you need, feels like your in another store. Not a fan sorry to say I am no longer a frequent shopper at Gisborne Farmers lack of attention to detail and bad customer service.
