  We went to Farmers to buy another Armani Perfume yesterday. Unfortunately nobody was interested to even greet us or even asking what we are looking for. We asked nicely if somebody can help us. Omg the look of this Monica said it all, exactly the same was her service. It's time to train your staff good customer service or let them work in the warehouse.   I went to farmers bayfair to exchange faulty pants At first place no one served as no staff at the counter it is good branded pants i paid $ 80 for it and the customer representative name Barbara after wasting my 60 minutes spoke very rough to me even after tracking sale through club card she did not took any action based on facts so really bad Experience at farmers Mt maunganui women's department.

  Thank you to the most lovely lady called Helen who served me on Monday in the Homeware department. She was so obliging and helpful. One of the nicest sales person I have ever come across.
