  I bought a $200 Ted Baker shoulder strap bag and it quickly started to fray and within 12months snapped. The team kept my interests at the forefront and even though Ted Baker refused to refund it for them, they made sure I wasn’t out of pocket by giving me store credit/ or refund. Highly recommend Farry’s if you want a brand that stands by you.
