  The owner is very nice and staff are good too, service is fast and I highly recommend a hot chocolate and brownie. The whole cafe is just so friendly, warm and cozy. It’s the best place in New Zealand to grab a bite to eat.

  We had the babaganoush and the Fat Camel platter, which included a little of everything. It was all delicious, and the coffee was amazing as well. Super legit iced coffee and long black. It's too bad we don't live in Whangarei, or I'd come here to eat all the time! Service was also friendly and fast. Thanks for an awesome lunch, guys. 😊

  Good fare and great coffee however on recent visit took over 20 minutes to get coffee (cafe not very busy) and had drink served in cup with crack from lip of cup to the base. Very obvious not a special visit.
