  I always enjoy eating and meeting here. Whether it be for a breakfast degustation or simple coffee and cake, Fat Dog is, with good reason, a Rotorua institution. Points of today for the waiting staff wiping down my table while I was still in it. Even asking be to lift my plate so they could wipe nothing at all from underneath it. .... Weird.

  If you want an amazing breakfast and coffee in NZ....COME HERE!! The portions are generous, food delicious & fast, and everything is reasonably priced. The dining room is spacious as well as comfortable. Beyond that, the staff is amazing. I will come back when we make another trip to NZ.

  Great experience to be had here. My first visit ended with me slurping on a delicious milkshake, one which puts most other milkshakes one can buy in NZ to shame. My second visit ended with waffles! Well one large waffle more specifically. I asked for my bacon to be extra crispy which they delivered on as well. Waffle, crispy bacon, a sliced banana and maple syrup. That combined with the fact it came out promptly and piping hot made it even better. Well worth a visit.

  jajajaja estuvo fantastico jamas crei poder comer una hamburguesa de ese tamaño, asiq ue terminamos compartiendola entre 2, nos llamo la atencion que el lugar es muy famoso, mucha gente solo pasa a tomarse la foto en el gran anuncio, por supuesto el lugar estaba a reventar.
