  Got my passport size photos done and was not happy with the end result. They charge the same price as anyone else however the lighting was terrible in the room they took the picture. The pictures came out way too dark and when I questioned I was given all sorts of excuses including a comment about the colour of my skin. Asked if they can use the editing software to make lighting better I was given another excuse that the software doesn't do that. I mean come on in 2017 you don't have software that can fix the overall lighting of the picture. I kept insisting to fix it they kept giving me excuses. P.S saying that you are not trying to be offensive but keep making a racial comment doesn't help. Please work on fixing the problems you have like use proper lighting to take professional photographs and a proper software to edit it. And don't say things like it doesn't matter it's only for the passport. Passport people will process it anyways. If we are paying you the money please do your job right and don't make excuses. On a side note the shop looks great.
