  Absolutely useless. Had the worst experience ever with this company and would never recommend them. The 'Travel Expert' never followed up on anything. I had to keep going into the office to get any answers. I had to ring 3 days prior to our holiday as there had been no contact, no tickets issued and no reply to messages left. We have had to claim insurance on our holiday as our flight was cancelled and we missed the connecting cruise ship. I have submitted all the required paper work to the 'Travel Expert' to finish processing 4 weeks ago. Guess what, just rung the insurance company to see what is taking so long and nothing has been submitted! Appalling service and very disappointed. Worst experience ever, and it is still not over. Still waiting for them to reply to my last answerphone message so I can track down my paper work for the insurance claim. My advice: choose a different company.

  I can't talk enough about the service I got here. It was above and beyond. The staff member who delt with us was amazing, would certainly go back if I ever want to travel again.

  Very poor service, understaffed, I Booked ticket and when it came to paying for it, they can not make time for it. They do not answer the phone, always an answerphone. Last time I was there she told me she just want to finish and go home, bloody hell, how long does it take to accept money and issue proper documentation, useless useless useless
