  I would like to congratulate the owners of Floorpride for providing a truly outstanding retail experience. The selection of products was second to none and the service I received was superb. All of the staff I dealt with throughout the entire process were great but I would especially like to single out the girl with the short blonde hair who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Well done Floorpride for restoring my faith in good old fashion service.

  We have dealt with Floorpride in Mandeville Street for several properties, both our own home and rentals. In each case they have been nothing but helpful, and have taken a lot of time to make sure we get exactly what we need. The size of our budget has never affected their treatment of us as we have bought both high-end and budget flooring from them over the years. I've also always been impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of their installation staff who are always very polite and go to great pains to clean up after themselves before they leave.

  Went in looking for a colour match to a sample of carpet we bought in. Blonde lady with short hair sat at desk ignoring us until about 10minutes later and finally came over. Was unhelpful and rude and when we said we didn't want to spend $300 a metre on a carpet she suggested she threw our sample back to us and said goodbye and walked off. Disgusting service from her and we will not be spending our money here (and I'm sure our friends and family won't be either after they here about this rude lady also) Huge loss for you guys as it was a good 200sq metres of carpet we were willing to buy for a new house build. Hope you pick your staff more carefully next time or some retraining in customer service nay be beneficial.

  I have been dealing with Nelson Chant and I have to say his serviceis exceptional.He has great knowledgeand his suggestions wonderfully helpful.Twenty years agowe purchased carpet from floor pride and service was good then.This time we were told not to go backas it was expensive. I am pleased I didn't listen tothe doubters and will definitely recommend to everyone I know.Please pass this on to the appropriate people.. ThanksFloor Pride
