I have very ticklish feet and to my amazement I am not leaping all over the place when she works on my feet. She is very quick, makes a lovely job and is friendly too, what more could I ask for. ::The booking process was simple and fast, all through email so I could keep track of it. The reminder text was also appreciated (made it my lock screen so that every time I looked at my phone I saw it there). The appointments were bang on time, and Kimberley was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highlight was water being provided when I was faint during the surgery. Thanks for that! Also appreciated all my questions being answered both pre-booking and during appointments. The after care sheet for the healing process is also a great tool I will be using. Prices were very reasonable, pain was minimal and overall the experience was everything I could have asked for. Fingers crossed my nine year off/on ingrown toenail is an issue I will never have to deal with again. Thanks, team!
