  I had a pamper package here that I purchased from GROUPON. Very disappointed with the atmosphere and the quality. Horrible little shop and the service was slap, bang, you're done. Full swedish massage was not what it was cracked up to be. Nowhere near the two hours of luxury that was promised. I'm not sure you get the same quality from these vouchers, it has put me off them really. Would not go back here anyway.

  DO NOT EVER GO HERE! The most disgusting wax place EVER. I have been getting brazilians for 5 years...from actual brazilians. Aside for the fact the lady who was waxing me used items that had blatantly not been cleaned/ thrown out from having been used on a prior client (as the PUBES were still stuck to the stick), they use the WRONG type of wax. I have NEVER bled from a waxing, no matter how long it may have been between trips, i bled from the type of wax and the style she did it. I am no sissy...this place was truly terrible and should not be licensed beauticians. It was terrible. And disgusting. Not to mention the lady was an absolute brat who acted like i was the weird one. I wish i had read these reviews before I went a couple of months ago....i just went by the website and the testimonials...that must be only for the Auckland branch. DO NOT GO TO THE WELLINGTON SALON. YOU ARE A SALON...BE HYGIENIC!

  DO NOT SHOP HERE. I HAD A HAIR CUT DONE THERE THIS WEEK AND THE ONLY HAIRDRESSER HAS NO CLUE. SHE DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE FACILITIES OR SKILLS TO CUT MY HAIR AND HAS RUINED IT. I HAVE HAD TO BOOK A $100 CUT TO REMEDY THIS BOTCH JOB. THE STAFF WERE TERRIBLE AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH THE DISPUTES TRIBUNAL IF NEEDED DUE TO MY RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT.

  I had a hair cut there this week - the only hairdresser does not know how to cut hair and I have to make another appointment (somewhere else!) to rectify the botch job! Very unwelcoming and unprofessional staff. Would avoid like the plague!

  Waxing room was unclean, and the staff were rude. I would avoid going here!
