  Had a facial, massage and pedi today done by the amazing Shay! Honestly was very sceptical as I hate massages but it was the most enjoyable and relaxing experience ever. I’ve been to forme twice before also and I have never been let down! Honestly can’t rave enough and Shay! She was so friendly and funny and made me feel very valued as a customer! Great service I will definitely be back!

  Nice service and people, but not the greatest nail finish. These pictures are day 2 of shellac polish. They called re feedback and offered to re do but unfortunately I don’t have time before my event that I was getting the nails done for!

  Had the most amazing treatment with evie the other day, still feeling great from it. She is super talented and friendly. Will definitely back.

  I was so disappointed with my luxe pedicure. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and so looking forward to this early Xmas present. First I had to sit on a hard wooden chair in the corner for a quick foot soak, then having to lift my legs high for the lady who didn’t get all my hard skin. Then told to get on the bed to paint my nails where I asked for shellac and she said she didn’t have time. Yet tried upselling me more expensive treatments to add on?!?! I asked for the fan on as it was 25 degrees where she pointed it in the opposite direction to me, no water offered an hour in and I was gasping. When I asked for water she brought me in a tiny glass half full! I had to hold my legs up for her to do my nails and was so uncomfortable on my back and hot. Then to finish it off the quickest 30 second massage and told to get down and stand on my nail clippings and dead skin which stuck to my moist feet. I researched for the best in Hamilton and got the worst. Definitely not worth the money and could of been that uncomfortable trying to paint my own nails with my big belly and saved $120!
