  It's been less than 24 hours and my shellac nails have already chipped. I wasn't happy with the first time I went for shellac either as they also chipped the very same day but I've got a voucher to use and didn't want anything else done except for my nails. The first time my nails cost $79 and the second time for french tips is $84. The price is ridiculous for a poorly executed job - my friend also commented and said it looks like I did my own nails at home. There weren't many options to choose from either - probably 15 colours to choose? I feel that if you're going to offer the service of having nails done, it should be executed well as you can also see the uneven colour especially for $84. I usually go to a small boutique on Dominion Road and it costs $30 and I walk away happy every single time but as I said I have a voucher to use and I've come out of it the second time more unhappy than the first time. Also, my nails were done on a massage bed as you don't accommodate for this and you're just sitting on either side of the massage bed in a tiny room. At that price there should be more options to choose from and a better set up. Ideally I would like a refund for both so that I could try another branch but I'm not fussed, I just want everyone to know what they're getting themselves into when they opt for nails.

  On the expensive side of beauty therapy (while not being exorbitant), but you get what you pay for! Lovely staff and convenient location

  Lovely space and friendly staff. In terms of value for money and the treatments it's pretty average. The hard sell approach by staff for their products spoils the relaxation.
