  Gvi, sales representative, and product specialists, Gleb (sorry I did not catch his last names!), was proactive in providing my pregnant wife with clear and thorough information and ensuring that She was completely comfortable with her answers. When clarification was needed, he not only responded patiently and clearly but also assisted with useful suggestions. I live half a mile away from a reputated car yard but I’ll go to GVI. I actually look forward to buy my car from GVI as they have very friendly and knowledgeable sales representatives. Thanks...!!!

  Had some questions about a car that was advertised on trademe, turned out it 'was having some work done' - the salesperson (redheaded bloke, didn't actually introduce himself) was unhelpful to the point of being rude. Did not take any interest in what we were looking for, or try to fill us in on the product at all. Maybe the guy needs some training on how to be more engaging with customers if you want to get the sale.

  The salesmen were rude and ignorant, very unknowledgeable about the product and when you point out issues with the vehicles they don't even care or take you seriously. Their used vehicles are significantly overpriced for their condition. They tried to tell me that the rust on the vehicle or that the mechanical issues were no big deal. Run don't walk from this company! I found a "much" better vehicle for cheaper at a much nicer dealership, both in attitude and customer service. And... not all the negative reviews here are scams like they try to make you believe them to be. I am a legitimate shopper and was very unimpressed with their service and their vehicles. And No, I will not be responding back to you if you reply GVI. You wasted enough of my time already! **Update: This is not a malicious hoax. I was a customer. As stated above you can't blame everything on what you to believe as a malicious review. How about you take some responsibility instead and understand that your services and your attitudes are sub-par compared to other dealerships. As stated above, I have no interest in speaking with you any further. It is not worth my time. I am loving my new vehicle from another dealer.

  My husband was very keen to purchase a Nissan Leaf 100% electric car for our next family vehicle. He was very enthusiastic and booked a test drive with GVI . I was not at all interested and did not want him to buy the car, my thoughts were it would be very different to drive and a total nuisance having to charge up all the time. Nothing could be further from the truth. The car was purchased 2 months ago and it is FABULOUS, so easy to drive, quiet,really comfortable and we never have to go into a petrol station again!!! I love it , GVI were excellent to deal with and made the purchase experience a pleasure.

  I drove over there a couple of months ago to look at a hybrid vehicle I saw on Trade Me. I found it and asked a salesman if I could take a test drive. Apparently if it is an electric vehicle, I can only deal with an electric vehicle salesman, of which there is only one. I was really keen to buy this one so I waited about 20 minutes before the electric salesman told me he is still with another customer and has another appointment after that and perhaps I could come back tomorrow or make an appointment? An interesting sales technique. All the other sales guys could only watch on helplessly since they are not electric vehicle guys which was awkward. I subsequently bought a similar vehicle from a Mt Wellington car yard a couple of weekends later by just going there and taking a test drive. I see GVI have now sold that good looking vehicle to someone else which prompted me to write a review. The staff are very friendly, but if you want to buy an electric vehicle from here, they'll make you work for it.
