::My husband and I went to the German Kitchen showroom this morning as we are planning a big kitchen renovation. We didn't know we needed an appointment, so did not have one. The staff member refused to let us enter, even though the whole place was completely empty. We are busy people so we wont be back. We feel this is a very rude way to treat potential customers.
