::John and the team highly knowledgeable about cycling and their bikes, and possess excellent customer service. I bought the Giant Contend 1 (2018) last Sept, and being new to road bikes, John was meticulous in setting up the bike for me and also guiding me on riding techniques as well. The after-sales service is impeccable too - the purchase of the bike include free checks of the bike at 6-week, 6 months and a year! I walk-in to the store now and then for advice and minor tweaks on the bikes, and they have always served swiftly me with smile! Highly recommend the bikes and the people here! And I am loving my bike!

::I recently bought a second hand bike off a friend. I took it in to be looked at by the team at Giant because I was struggling a little with reaching the brakes. The guys in store were super helpful and very friendly. I now have brakes set so that my hands can reach them easily, and they sorted out my seat and handlebar set up so I would be more comfortable on my bike. All for a very reasonable price. They are great, I would highly recommend!
