  Terrible service, sent my pregnant wife home in an uber, said she couldn't use her car and wouldn't deal with her. When she arrived back with the card they said they couldn't do anything on the day so she could take her car home and bring back Monday. Rude, arrogant and no customer care.

  Horrendous. I had a young chap look over my car, say that my wheel bearings were rough and noisy and my bushings had failed. EDIT: Thank you for respecting my opinion and the apology, however as can be seen by your reviews I dont think that this is an isolated case. No you do not force me to use your garage, however by failing a vehicle, you are forcing more work to be done on it whether it is warranted or not. If you read my review properly before replying, you would see that I wasn't just failed on a bushing, hence why it was $1,000-2,000. There was no discussion, questions by your staff member, just them coming out to me, handing the paperwork, saying that the car needed "lots of work" and it will be "expensive and uh I think around $1,000-2,000". No further explanation as to what parts were used or if it would be genuine etc. Just that the whole rear end had to come out and it would take a long time. My technical questions were not answered correctly either. Whilst you are under different management, the two mechanics specifically stated your store had failed other vehicles that should have been a pass. Don't pass the blame. Two other far more experienced mechanics who know how to inspect vehicles properly advised me that there was nothing wrong with my bushings and the hairline surface cracks were 100% normal and the structural integrity of the bushings were as they were out of the box. He even used a pry bar in an attempt to get them to move (which they would have if they had failed) and they were firm. The rear bearings have so little noise in the back of them that you have to really listen hard to hear anything. (unless you leave the handbrake 1/3 on). So I would never recommend anyone goes here as they quoted me $1,000-$2,000 for a repair when others were $750-$1,300. And the repair was not even required. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Both mechanics had completed half a dozen re-checks from different On The Go's in the city with absurd items being failed... They appear to want to just take your money, whether it is warranted or not...
