::Have had mixed experiences. Technicians did good job fixing laptop, but took 7 days to do fairly routine job as were 'busy'. If that busy, need to hire more staff. Other time, booked in laptop for 'warrant of fitness,' technician cleaned out air filter but did not bother cleaning keyboard and screen-for $120, I would've expected better (NB took laptop in on other occasion and full clean WAS performed). On the whole, have gone to worse places in Christchurch, but customer service needs to be streamlined and improved-if you are charging in the mid to upper range, the little things do matter.

::Went to the shop on 20 October after school to buy a laptop. Helpful sales rep (Bjorn) asked what I was looking for and my price range. Suggested a few but didn't try to push the most expensive within my budget; he actually encouraged purchase of the cheaper option as he reckoned it offered more for the price. I took AGES to decide. Reapproached him several times with questions, which he answered friendly EACH time. Bet he thought that there was NO WAY a teen was going to buy something and that I was probably just wasting time. However, he NEVER rolled his eyes, sighed or showed attitude. Eventually bought one. The shop (different sales rep - other one had gone home) never even pushed an antivirus or extended warranty because I had to inquire about these, and honoured the original offer of some freebies. Only downside was I expected the WHOLE shop to be full of just PC stuff. But hey, don't need that big of a selection when the products are good. Happy with my purchase because it is excellent quality and price - well worth the journey getting there.
