::I brought a pair of boots from here. I got told they were well made and high quality (they were not cheap). After wearing them only a handful of times, the stitching came undone. I went back and asked for a refund or replacement. He said no and made fun of the fact that by the time I got them back, I wouldn't need boots anymore as it would be summer. When I got them back, they way they were fixed was shocking and I got told it was my fault they needed fixing in the first place.

::Really poor customer service from this place. Forces you to buy shoes when looking. Does not even understand that to get sales you must offer good customer service, his words " if you're going to buy then I will show you the sizes" Get real
