  I purchased a replacement part via phone on Tuesday and the customer service from Aneta was excellent. The part arrived the next day and the transaction was completed with friendliness and professionalism. Well done Godfreys for your great customer service.

  Oh my gosh. I contacted Godfrey's Rotorua, spoke to someone with a name sounding like Anita, she was very rude and extremely unhelpful. I was going to travel an hour each way to make a purchase and she was very determined not to be helpful in setting aside one for me to collect. Just said I'll just have to see if there any left by the time I get there.

  Bought a new vacuum machine but as soon as i opened the box i knew that it has been used before.. Minor scratches. . dirts.
