  Small motel complex with strip of units on one side and reception/owners office at entrance opposite front unit. End unit has unit overhead. No soundproofing in-between. Ok if upstairs aren't a noisey lot. I think this is reflected fairly by reasonable tarrif. Studio unit clean and comfortable. Not the most modern but it's not trying to be. And I've seen far worse. So great value all round. Very nice house keeping woman as well.

  Golden Leaf Apartments, is a reasonable accommodation that offers V. Pleasant host and a high value for money, it is also in a very close proximity to the majority of visited places of interest in Invercargil and Bluffs ,,

  I would definitely recommend Golden Leaf Apartments for a lovely stay in Invercargill. The room felt homely with everything we needed. With free wifi and every kitchen utilities that was needed. There was few chocolates left on the table in the room with a little introduction and instructions to welcome the customer. I found it to be a lovely place to stay for my holidy.

  I always choose this venue first when staying in Invercargill. Slightly dated but always very clean. A very comfortable and well equipped motel. Separate kitchen and living area. Well appointed facility with pleasant staff.

  Liked it . Was all we needed . Close to city .
