::Great concept of business with interesting range of the beer. However, I can only give 2 star based on the service I have received from your staff members mostly seem does not want to be there at all for their shift. Also, staff member has zero product knowledge on promotions or pretends did not knew about the promotion and tried to over charge. Please do work on basic staff training as it is annoying to see unfriendly staff members floating around :(

::Hey its actually ethans dad here who is of the age group that do not have the technological skills to log in to an account of their own however we have an opinion. Tonite we experianced the worst possible experiance in hospitalty of our lives. My wife and I eat out all the time and were totally embarrassed tonite by our sub standard dining EXPERIANCE AT GOOD GEORGE ROTOTUNA the meal was not only average but the service was sub standard. Judgement calls were made by inexperianced staff (Georgia) and Manager as to the intoxication of myself which effected the evening of celebration of my family and friends. We have been as a family from waihi beach a fevernt supporter of GOOD GEORGE products since the first time I tried GOOD GEORGE beer. You may not care wwhether I dis your product or not but take it from me and everyone I can tell I will diss it from now on. I was intending to approach GOOD GEORGE about a commercial enterprise but they can stick it up their arse. You may think Im only a passx through but I do matter in the scheme of things as you will find out. We were overcharged by your incredibly average establishment. Your management needs to reveiw its staffing. Prior to this incident I have been to GOOD GEORGE ROTOTUNA several times and had a great time.

::A great night ruined by pathetic management not giving one iota about customer service or retention. Staff falsely accused a man with a hearing impediment of being intoxicated after having two beers and followed by management refusing to listen to reason. A true shame because an enjoyable night was ruined through utter disrespect from the owner. We felt embarrassed and belittled. What sort of owner completely backs her staff without at least making sure the staff member followed policy? Ie: confirming the intoxication levels herself, or getting a second judgement. Still can't believe such a lovely establishment has been founded upon such poor customer service.

::Service and drinks and atmosphere very good. Food was not at the same standard sadly. Pizza fish and chips and pork buns.But the seafood chowder was excellent.
