  Friendly enough, but $590, 3 visits, and two weeks of waiting utterly failed to result in the fixing of my wipers. Took it to a specialist afterwards who was impressed with the shoddiness of the electrical work, and fixed the problem in a day. May just be GL's choice in contractors but I certainly won't be returning to find out.
