  Yummy food, good meeting place if going with a friend and a kid. Not the most quiet place if you want to meet for work but it has some quiet corners too

  A must if vegan, so many options and they don't rip you off like a lot of other cafes in Tauranga and the Mount. Highly recommend!

  While in tauranga for a tennis event, we were recommended grindz by a local retail asst. I personally loved the retro decor. The coffee was perfect. The food was delicious. We had bacon pasta dish which was tasty and a very generous helping. The muffins were yum too which surprised me compared to other cafes lately. I'd be tempted to go back to tauranga for this cafe alone 😋

  Delicious range of sweets, good coffee and organic teas. Funky interior with heaps of spaces to choose to sit. Comfy couches. Retro vibe.
