Mum dropped her tablet here they didnโ€™t respond to her messages or answer the phone, finally a lady emailed to say she told her it would be 2-4 weeks and was quite rude about it then at 5 weeks mum tried phoning again to find out what was going on and no answer, so we emailed and that was ignored and then emailed again to say forget it we would go elsewhere and that was also ignored. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone and have nothing good to say about their service. Finally today the insurance company has phoned to say actually the part came and they canโ€™t fix it. The insurance company had better service. Hopeless. We also had to pay $50 for terrible service. And we wonder why we out source our business and donโ€™t keep it local. Big shame for Whangarei.

A phone repair place that told me they don't order parts for my Samsung phone. They told me I had to ring Samsung directly to get the parts myself. Like..... Really?!?!

My home button stopped working months ago. Not a problem, I used accessibility function. Then my phone froze and the screen went black. I took my phone in and explained the issue. She plugged my phone in to verify that it was on and working properly with the exception of the screen. She quoted $60 to replace the home button to be able to hard start. She said if that didn't work a screen replacement would be (I think it was) $150. I left my phone and $25 and less than 45 minutes later I got a text that my phone was done and working. It was the home button and hard restart like we suspected. Very pleased with the friendliness and quality of repair.
