  Worst service ever. Infact no service at all. Two staff stood behind the counter and completely ignored all customers in the store. It felt like the staff did not want to be there and they did everything possible to avoid talking to anyone. It is really sad seeing how much this place has gone down, used to shop here as a kid and then teens and early twenties, the service used to be excellent and welcoming. Now this place has got half the range used to (probably C or D grade store). Highly doubt will be rushing back to your store anytime soon.

  Good clothes and variety of styles. We found that the size of item did not always correspond with size on coat hanger. Sizes also weren't sorted on racks which was a bit frustrating looking for correct size. We were in store for 15 to 20 minutes and were allowed to free range shop rather than be bugged by shop assistants. Also dressing Rooms were good size

  Was in the napier store yesterday looking for a suit for my son for his school ball the service we got was amazing the chap I think his name was James was excellent. Left the store with a very happy teenager and a great suit thanx
