  Called to get a quote as locked bedroom door at 5am he was very rude then received a text from him saying on my way, called and he said nope wasn’t me and hung up. Not a very polite person!!

  Dropped a lock in to have a key made and asked if it was okay to pick up the next day (a thursday) ... came around 2 and shop was shut and when I called was very rudely told that he wouldn't be in for a few days and if he was it would be very late that day. Needed key asap so very upset .

  absolutely terrible service, locked during the middle of the day with no note on the door, I call and get told to go to Bunnings and then he hangs up! What the heck?

  Rescued me at 9pm on a weeknight when I locked my keys in my car. Then later in the week they let me into the store after their official closing time. Great service! They also cut plastic emergency keys for $20, which are great as a cheap spare. Or, they do keys with chips much cheaper than a dealership charges!!
