  I rang up this afternoon spoke to some lady called Tanya I explained to her that I had excruciating pain in the side of my leg and I can hardly walk her advice was to walk to the nearest doctor's and too definitely go sooner if the pain gets worse I'm not a registered nurse but I would probably of been better off giving my own self some advice because it seems her brain maybe a bit illiterate to comprehend what I had told her my problem was stupid advice I won't ever be ringing this stupid number ever again she was more interested in my personal information yet she wasn't any good at giving medical advice!

  Thank you both times I have called helpline have found them to be so approachable and felt reassured with advise I was given. Very comforting when you live by yourself ! Awesome service

  A big thank you to the lady that answered my call at approx 12.30 Monday night. It's so reassuring to have someone take the decisions out of your hands when you're not sure whether you have a possible emergency or not and knowing the ambulance's here are always so busy. Calm and efficient thank you and all is well.
