  Good location Really clean warm rooms Lovely fluffy towels and the little treats, bath gel etc are gorgeous, and are very generous with those too Warm comfortable beds as well The grounds looks great and are so clean and tidy and free parking to boot! All the staff are lovely and friendly, you guys do a great job Shout out to Jamie from Housekeeping, you were very helpful and so very friendly, was very appreciated Thank you, see you all next year 👍

  Not a bad spot. Basic room but lovely and tidy. Nice atmosphere. We had the hot tub and pool right outside our room which was fantastic. It's was only spring but warm enough to be swimming every morn. The friendly Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. And the lady that did the breakfast was just beyond helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

  We stayed here as a family they were unprepared not cot set up. But, location was good. Happier times :)

  One of my favourite Hotels in Hamilton. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there were a few times that we were upgraded to a bigger room, which is a huge bonus. The pool is well maintained, and the Spa is nice and hot (one of the main reasons we keep coming back) The location is also quite convenient, with easy access to a large supermarket, a gas station, and many food places such as KFC and The Cheesecake Factory.
