::We had wonderful service from a young man called James. The store was under staffed yet he made a point of coming out late on a Friday afternoon to service our troubled Pellet Fire before a cold snap was about to hit ChCh over the weekend. Such a polite, pleasant young man and nothing was a problem. The best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Kudos James!! 👍
