::Been getting the spirit pasta and lamb shank and mash for a long time but the last two times we've been disappointed with the dry pasta witch used to be nice full and creamy, lamb shank used to be full of gravy peas and two nice sizes scoops of potatoes and tender shank ,but lately hardly no gravy little scoops of potatoe and dry shanks 🙁 specialy with the amount of money you pay ,you expect to get a good meal.

::We often get Hells via online. The odd time we have tried over the phone was a disaster with confusion and bad service. We have been in a couple of times and the face to face service was really bad. We gave them one last chance and went into the store the other night, we were greeted by some wanabe gangster, rude, dissmissive and could care less if we were there or not. We won't go again. Pizza is always nice when they dont stuff up our order and ordering over the internet is the best. Anyway to order without having to deal with these guys is the best way. I'd rather just go somewhere else.
