  Not good at all. I ordered a ‘Mischief’ pizza from this store today which is supposed to have chicken, pork and a few vegetables on it. They gave that to me but as I was biting into it there was a strong smell of seafood, which I can't stand (also allergic to prawns). I've heard that pork can sometimes bring such a smell but that definitely was not the case here. I did get a refund but I had to be firm about it. If you can't trust what you've ordered you surely cannot trust whether the food is even safe.

  This branch of Hell Pizza is our favourite in central Auckland. They have the flame-kissed pizza with dairy-free cheese and thin base down-pat. Always the perfect amount of toppings, satisfying and leaves us extremely happy and feeling pretty rotund. This store definitely knows how to cook a good pizza when they aren't in the middle of Friday night rush-hour! There isn't much to complain about. When the garlic bread first came in-stores I literally ate a rubbery chunk of margarine, but the following order it was crispy and good. One time we arrived and they hadn't even put our order in the oven (perhaps they hadn't actually made it either), but it was busy then and the following times were always prompt. The service is always cheerful and efficient, and there is ample seating for those waiting. Lots of parking in the vicinity and it's generally pretty clean and tidy. Pretty great, in my humble, vegan pizza-loving opinion!

  Great pizza and when we had a mix up with our order staff responded really well and delivered the missing component straight away. Highly recommended

  Was craving Hells Pizza until I received this, undercooked mess, with no decent topping, really gross. Complained and they said that it was the cheeses fault. Won't be eating there anymore.
