::After coming in for some holiday planning the guy I was consulting with gave me incorrect pricing, didnt know how to print and failed to follow up with me at all even after I asked him to find out information on a hotel. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Helloworld and wont be using them again. In this case, I feel like the guy was a temp and was trying to do his best but didnt have a good understanding of the systems or processes.
