  Lovely place to walk the dogs, including access to one end of the beach where dogs are allowed off-lead. There's also Frisbee golf. Toilets are a bit grotty, but there are better ones near the children's play ground if you follow the path towards Petone. Beach is crushed shells. Also used by sail-boarders occasionally.

  Great area for dogs to run around off lead. Large green field, plenty of trees for shade. BYO drnking water and doggy bags, lots of rubbish bins.

  Great spot. Sitting here looking at the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Lots of park area to walk, walk dogs and play with children.
