  Very helpful and helped me source a face mask for my partner that closes at back of the head with velcro, taking the weight off the ears. I will have to possibly take mine back for adjustment which they said was available. So what appears to be good back up service for the price paid.

  They were extremely helpful thanks Rosie. Their masks are comfortable to wear and seem a great product. We'll be visiting them again after lockdown 2 to try on some of their amazing hats.

  I purchased an expensive hat from this company and even wrote to them ahead of time to verify the color in the photograph. I paid for the hat as well as shipping to the USA. The hat they sent was. It the hat color they advertised at all - it wasn’t even the same shade. I believe they thought I’d just hold on to it and not return it because I lived far away. Think again! I immediately contacted a Liz Ung who was not helpful at all. She made excuses that the light wasn’t right and they don’t usually take hats back etc. I had the tags still on and had not even taken it out of the shabby box they sent it in, she insisted the only way they would take it back was if I paid (again) for shipping which was already expensive the first time and that the hat was in good condition when it arrived back. Very poor customer service. I am a collector of hats and know a scam when I see it. I have contacted the authorities in NZ and plan on telling people in the many hat organizations to stay clear of this company.
