  Lovely locations with wonderful rooms. The rooms are modern, large with very large bathrooms. The stand up shower was a bit small though. You can easily walk around town from the hotel. We had a fantastic meal at fish and also enjoyed some cocktails & appetizers downstairs at the bar, Bellini. They do in fact make a great Bellini and I also enjoyed the caipirinha.

  Wir waren jetzt zweimal kurz hintereinander in diesem Hotel, hatten einmal das Zimmer 711 und dann die 404; beide Male waren wir sowohl von der Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals, als auch von der Qualität und Sauberkeit der Räume absolut begeistert. Vor allem die Bow-Suite ist das beste, aufregendste und spektakulärste Zimmer, was wir in einem Hilton bislang hatten. Auch der Service im bellini gab keinen Anlass zur Beanstandung. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

  Fantastic welcome from front door team and the wonderful concierge, Gustavo. As a frequent visitor, the front desk were efficient. As a Diamond level Hilton Honours guest there should be a welcome letter and a gift in the room but for the second stay running there was nothing in the room. Ordered room service and the laksa was lukewarm and served without a spoon. Having been coming to the hotel for 17 years it is time to try somewhere new. It's a great location and Gustavo is one of the best concierge we have ever met but it feels like the management is no longer concerned about service and apart from front of house the standards are dropping to 2 star standard.
