::Poor service overall; went in to purchase a backpack to find they didn't have the size we were after. When speaking to the 'manager', her attitude was appalling. She queried why we were after a different size in the first place (my partner is six foot three, and they had pretty much only womens packs in the style we were after there) to then have her ask if we wanted her to order in a pack or "buy something online". We wanted to try on the right pack and buy the pack from a store we shop frequently at. This was on a Sunday morning in an empty shop, and she spoke to us like we were an inconvenience and wasting her time. Well guess what lady, I've got plenty of time to leave you a poor review. Im sorry for asking for help and won't be wasting your time again.
