  I am a tenant with home and co. The last house inspection. They sent notification email which was berried in my junk email. So with out my knowledge they have gone ahead and done the inspection while no one was home. I feel my privacy is at been breached and I tried to resolve the problem asking to confirm that I have actually received notification so it doesn't happen again. Sending emails back and forth their attitude towards the whole situation has felt less than professorial, almost hostile. Here is a response I received after asking to be contacted via call or text msg in the future "We don't have to obtain consent, but we do try to give tenants as much notice as possible. We do encourage you to contact Tenancy Services and find out what our rights of entry are".

  I have found Colleen and her team to be very helpful with our property. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. They are thorough with the selection of tenants, and give me ( landlord ) options. The team also have a number of reliable tradies to get the odd jobs done.

  We have had Home & Co looking after our property for two years . Colleen is a very professional and efficient property manager. She has taken all the hard part about renting out of the equation. Home & co has a good network of tradespeople also.

  It is a great reassurance to have Colleen and her team look after our place. No request is too onerous, no task is a hassle. Things just get done. We also highly value the personal service Home & Co give us - we are not just another number on their books.
