  home direct is so poor I am now finding myself filing for bankruptcy yes that's right due to the lack of being able to reduce my payments but change frequency you have put me in hardship due to not helping it looks like you wont get paid anything now very poor skills home direct all because you really didn't reaaly care enough to help me kindly alena schmidt

  Im in the process of buying a tv from home direct are they reliable tvs that home direct sells has anyone purchased tvs from them

  well home direct I am so unimpressed it is now 4 days before christmas, on xmas day it marks the second year that my kids will have nothing to open? I have paid and paid my account with you shows exellent yet i am still not able to purchase anything I increased my payments putting my family and I into poverty just to pay in the hope this xmas my kids would have something to open this year but not happening I have rung only to be told 2 different things 1 said under 700 1 said under $500 yet the payments are$60 I check my account seeing not 1 monthly fee but 2 wow 2 ridiculous so I want someone from home direct management to explain to my kids why they wont be getting anything for the second year running?Please explain to them why you take money from an exellent customer but they are not allowed to buy anything?Please explain how the account in question was at $3000 now well down under 2000 yet payments were under 60?Home direct you have lost a customer!!! products are as faulty as they come 3 laptops and 2 out of 3 were rendered useless after 3 months 2 beds broke after 6 months complete snapped in half so sad.Alena Schmidt

  o.k here i am yet again home direct I am so unimpressed it has been 3 years of paying my account 3 years of making contact when payments needed addressing yet I am being punished by not a big NOT being able to shop with you? I have had 2 yep 2 laptops which have both stopped working within 6 months they were taken for repairs but were byond repair? I am still paying for this second laptop which I NO LONGER HAVE it was a faulty product? As I am not and have not been able to shop with home direct I as of today taken my payments up putting my family and I into poverty to wipe out the balance and never shop with home direct ever again I have lost respect for them don't shop with home direct you will end up with faulty products and punished by making your payments and not being able to buy anything for 3 or more years what a great xmas with nothing yet again?
