  Hot yoga is great if you can stand the heat and the sweating that comes with it. I have been going of an on over the last few years and found the classes inspiring changing invigorating and after a cold shower you feel amazing. The teachers know there stuff and are friendly and helpful. Jos.

  This small, lovely Hot yoga studio is located in walking distance to Nelson main street Trafalgar Street. It is very clean and bright light shines trough all their rooms. All the teachers are very experienced and considered which turns all the classes into unique, lovely experiences. They offer different styles of Hot Yoga, some are more spiritual others more physically, so there is a class for everyone. They also offer rental mats, jars for sale which you can fill up with filtered water and towels for rent. If you are a regular yogi you can purchase yogamats or yogatowels. Additional to the regular classes on the schedule they have workshops and special events coming up so keep an eye on their website or follow them on facebook.

  This small studio is located close to the main street in Nelson. I went during my stay in Nelson over a period of 8 month. It is a very clean and modern studio and offers a great range of different hot yoga classes which are practised at different temperature levels. All classes are suitable for yogis from beginners to advanced. You can bring your own mat and towel or rent both. All the teachers are really helpful and considered and make every class a great experience. Occasionally they offer special events like workshops and shared Reiki on the weekends.
