  Nice clean accommodation with good facilities close to town centre, friendly staff who served delicious meals, also a comfortable bar to enjoy a few beers.

  I choose to stay in a suite with my wife and two grandchildren. In the suite the spa bath was broken, Sky Sport2 was the only sport channel and the cutlery was filthy. Wifi drifted i and out from the motel units. I looked to utilise the gym only to fund the treadmill was faulty and one of the weights work stations was broken .. and you got all this for $192.00 a night. Sadly very disappointed. Putting up signs saying it is broken does not make it right. Get it fixed or advise the customer on arrival.

  Went for a workshop, was provided with the standard morning teas and coffees and scones but they could've left the coffee out for longer I came out after lunch and there was nothing. But good service and friendly unassuming staff, used to people coming in and out. Plenty of parking, well appointed room, good service.

  Came in to stay for the night. We had a refreshing dip in the pool and sat in the spa for a few minutes. The staff were so professional and friendly. We didn't have to venture very far to find good hospitality. The food we had at the restaurant in the evening was beautiful and tasty. The lamb and the chicken dishes were devine. The waitress did a lovely job taking care of everybody.

  Asked for a pool side room, Got given a room inside the hotel. Was told when paying that the restaurant is closed for a function but that we could order room service so didn't get dinner on the way in from travelling. When we came to order room service, was told there would be no room service until 8:30pm. I stayed here because last time I came, everything was perfect. I will stay at the chancellor from now on. Money wasted.
