::The Grand Chancellor Hotel is very centrally located, the facilities are great and so is the staff at reception... They will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. If you're lucky you'll get Lee at reception... He's a legend!. The beds are comfy and the space ample. The kitchen very well stocked with everything you might need for cooking your meals... And if you're lucky as we were, you'll get a high floor with views to the Sky Tower! Highly recommended!

::We travel quiet a bit for buisiness and leisure. We stayed at the Grand Chancellor before flying out of NZ. Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very spacious, and clean with everything you need in them. Staff were friendly and accomodating for our 6 month old. The hotel has good facilities including the pool and gym which we used during our stay, and is in a great location central to everything. Would recommend staying and will book again next time we're back.

::Stayed for one night before my flight home from Auckland. Checking was easy, and the rollaway bed for third member of our group was already in the room when we showed up. Overall had a good stay, room had everything we needed. Checkout was easy and we were able to keep our bags stored until late afternoon when we left for the airport.

::Had a nice room on the second floor. Room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. I had made the reservation for 3 adults in a suite with one bed and the staff left a cot for is ahead of time which was much appreciated. The hotel is in a good location but our room was low to the ground and on a busy road
