  Beautiful service, the staff were very pleasant. Decor was lovely and befitting of the historical building. Enjoyed the original features still visible. Small room but comfortable. Only down-side was being able to clearly hear the doors of adjacent rooms open & close. Otherwise I slept wonderfully.

  Un hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Service de qualité. Chambre très sympa ainsi que la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner tout à fait à la hauteur. Cela dit, c'est un peu cher...

  Wow amazing boutique hotel in Centre of city. Refurbishment is beautiful and luxurious rooms opulent and most amazing beds. Great professional customer service from concierge welcome to check in and check out. Food doesn’t match the service or product yet so hoping that improves as it lets the rest of the 5 Star experience down. Would highly recommend you experience Hotel Grand Windsor for a special occasion or a treat when in Auckland.

  We stayed at the hotel on the Saturday before Christmas and to be honest we weren't sure what to expect. We had heard that the hotel had undertaken a big renovation and we saw it was getting some good reviews so thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed! From the moment you enter the impressive lobby you feel like you are in a 5* hotel. The service at check in was outstanding and We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The room itself was beautifully appointed and oozed luxury. The bed was super comfy and I could have stayed in the shower all day! The location of the hotel is ideal for a city break right on the heart of Queen Street although it can get a touch noisy at night. We were really impressed by every aspect of our stay. We already had plans for dinner with friends but the restaurant also looked superb and there were some very nice smells drifting from the kitchen as we made our way out. If you are planning a city break in Auckland I would definitely give this hotel a go...you won't be disappointed.

  Nice small hotel right in the downtown area. Lots of places to walk around to. Very nice and attentive staff. The room was a bit too tight but with very nice decor and we got complimentary Nespresso and T2 tea in the room. The building itself is a beautiful art deco style that has kept a lot of the original styles inside with new furniture.
