::Good clean rooms. Mine had view of motorway but good sound proofing. Generous room size and bathrooms. Simple kitchenette, big 40" TV, free Wi-Fi in lobby for an hour. Fantastic location on harbour front amongst amazing restaurants

::Good hotel located on Auckland Viaduct Harbour. I stayed in a 1 bed suite which had Harbour facing views. Location is brilliant. Rooms size is big for the price but no complentory breakfast is provided. Suite is filled equipped with kitchen and washing machine, dryer, etc. Room service is not that great. It is located very close to Queen Street. Nice place to stay in Harbour area.

::Best location in Auckland. Sound proofed and quiet, good sized self contained rooms but next to the trendy waterside restaurant area. Walk to Queen Street shopping precinct in 5 min. I'm staying via AirBNB in a Studio apartment but Sebel manages the front desk and the majority of the apartments in the building.

::Rooms were great. Bed was nice. We had a washer dryer which came in very handy. Location could not be better if you want to get dinner at the viaduct. Staff was helpful. We ate at Giraffe in the lobby for breakfast and really enjoyed it.
