  Good location. Quite noisy on the weekends. Bring earplugs for sure! Friendly and helpful staff!

  Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful. The room was small but well appointed with everything we required available.

  Budget hotel in the heart of Auckland, just off Queen's Street. The reception staff were really nice and helpful. The room is small and the bathroom even more so but they are clean. Room might be a bit noisy on lower levels. Overall experience ok. Good for people who wants to explore the heart of Auckland city, those who are on a budget or those who wants a few hours rest.

  The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The neighborhood gets really loud on the weekends and stays that way until late at night. The rooms stay cool if you open the window and balcony door, but can this allow bugs in. It’s a good budget hotel for the price in a very convenient location in the city. There’s bars, convenience store, grocery, laundry, Burger King all less than 5 minute walk.

  Truly a hotel suitable for travelers on a 'budget'. Rooms are rather small though have the basic conveniences. Bathroom is ultra small. Located perfectly in Auckland city, close to everything. 7min on foot from ferry piers. There is a bus stop (Sky bus) bringing you very close to the hotel from the airport.
