  Nice room, delicious and very generous breakfast, and most of all, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

  Great location, facilities are not trendy but well maintained. Heat pump/air condition has individual control system and operates quiet. Hotel offers shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast buffet is Mercure/Grand Mercure quality I would say. Breakfast buffet service team provides warm welcoming service. All services were worth for the money I paid. Tip. Take your own slippers (Most of NZ 3~4★ hotels do not provide slippers).

  Hotel is good. Staff is great. BUT, THERE IS NO POWER SOCKET NEXT TO ANY OF THE BEDS IN MY ROOM!! What is this? 1980?

  Very happy with the room. Being an Ibis it is cheaper accommodation and for the money I think you actually get more than you pay for. My 1:00am check-in went like clockwork. Staff were expecting me and I was greeted by name. He was super friendly and efficient as well. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. Bed is a king and very comfortable. I’d definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
