  HO HUM, fill in a form that needs to be sent to nearest office - I doubt very much if mail is received at the street address, but no PO Box listed - I don't want to ring because I don't have 3 days to wait on hold

  Terrible service. Nearly impossible to contact. Cannot wait on hold, cannot provide mobile number for callback. The automated system just hangs up. Can't get problems resolved.

  Very impressed with the automated phone instructions on how to apply for a personal tax summary in order to find out if I am owed any $$s for the past tax year. Easy to understand and follow. Well done IRD.
