  Amazing hotel. Very comfortable. Very clean. Fantastic customer service. Chameleon restaurant is awesome. We have had dinner and breakfast also. Highly recommend. Everything is very professional and reasonable price

  Great location. The rooms at great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'd recommend some of the local cases for breakfast as I was not too impressed with the offering they had.

  Yeah this was a bit of a let down for us. I booked a 'nice' hotel for a getaway with my fiance. We found the concierge staff to be a bit 'cant be assed' with this and were bordering on rude. It wasn't terrible service but not what was expected from an intercontinental. Front desk staff were great. Didn't try the food. Pool was dated but did the job. But the worst was the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs in the bathroom, miscellaneous crumbs on the sofa, splatters (coffee maybe) on the outside of the room door and what looked like blood on the main light switch. We were just there for one night and we didn't kick up a fuss but did give them feedback. They were very apologetic and full of intent to do better. But hey this was a one off trip and it was all too late. I bet on the brand and lost.

  Our stay was so awesome! From the Concierge before entering the IC Wellington to departure we were made to feel special with friendly helpful staff and impeccable service. Our room was luxurious and clean. Thank you & look forward to our next stay. Kind regards Anne & Darryl
