  A lot of brochures and souvenirs. Nice little museum, nice area of town. Definitely worth a visit.

  If the world were to end, it should definitely do so in Invercargill....oh, the world actually does end in Invercargill!!! An overall amazing place whose remoteness can literally be smelled in the air..in a good way, that is. The town's architecture, like many other of New Zealand's places big and small, weirdly resembles that of many of Canada's places big and small... go figure! The eerie quiet combined with the equally eerie color the Sun shines there, may well give you the sense of a parallel universe...but worry not, you're not dead and it ain't a parallel universe or the afterworld... just a postcard end of the one we live in.

  I liked the stuffed bird displays. The rest is up to you. Its not that far to bike too. Enjoy it. I did. Its a lovely extra to Invercargill city. Does not disappoint me! It has a theme to it. :)
